Where was the item purchased?

Please note: Oak Hill Unlimited is not able to process or issue refunds for items not purchased at OakHillUnlimited.com. Items purchased from a retail store or other website can only be processed by that retailer or website. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your refund or exchange. If you purchased at a retail store or another website:

Full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges will be processed by the seller (the retail store or website where the item was purchased). Follow the sellers return or exchange instructions. The retailer will issue a refund and/or replacement directly.

If you purchased at www.OakHillUnlimited.com:

Full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase. Refund will be issued to original form of payment by Oak Hill LLC. Return the complete product and a copy of your receipt freight prepaid to Oak Hill Unlimited 7936 Tanners Gate Lane, Florence, Kentucky 41042. For exchanges, include your deliverable US address where we should send the replacement. Shipping
